This detailed storyboard, assigned to me at the conclusion of my contract, was developed to train customer service representatives on effectively guiding consumers through Medicare Advantage plan options. A key focus of this project was ensuring full accessibility, making the training inclusive for all learners. The project was subsequently handed over to full-time employees for final development, reflecting the trust placed in my ability to lay a strong foundation for this critical and accessible training initiative.
