Interactive Medicare Advantage Plan Training

This detailed storyboard, assigned to me at the conclusion of my contract, was developed to train customer service representatives on effectively guiding consumers through Medicare Advantage plan options. The module includes interactive scenarios and quizzes designed to help learners compare and recommend the best plans for consumers. A key focus of this project was ensuring full accessibility, making the training inclusive for all learners.
